At Nikko Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
